Former BBN and Nigerian Idol Star, Debie Rise continues to make strategic moves aimed at bolstering her presence on both the local and international front as she makes a slight change of name from Debie Rise to DEBORAH RISE and is now a Gospel Artist. To mark this rebirth, Deborah Rise has released new pictures, a New Audio and Video titled “My Choice”.

The crown prince of England, Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla were in Nigeria and as such, a number of activities were held in their honour. The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall arrived Nigeria a few days ago and spent some time in Abuja after which they headed down to Lagos. Tiwa Savage wins 'Best African Act' at the 2018 MTV EMAs. She won the ‘Best African Act’ category at the 2018 MTV Europe Music Awards. The awards held was held at the Bizkaia Arena, Bilbao in Spain. Despite stiff competition from Davido, Distruction Boyz (South Africa), Fally Ipupa (DRC), Nyashinski (Kenya), Shekinah (South Africa), Tiwa still came tops.

Buhari: It’s a political certificate – PDP

The Peoples Democratic Party has described the presentation of attestation certificate and confirmation of school certificate result to President Muhammadu Buhari as a tragicomedy. Buhari had on Friday received his West Africa Examination Council certificate from Dr Iyi Uwadiae, the Registrar of WAEC.  National Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr. Kola Ologbodiyan, told journalists in Abuja that, the PDP did not expect the president to, “come this low.” He said, “it is a tragicomedy. We never expected Mr. President to dramatically come this low because you cannot have a certificate and be calling it an attestation. What are they attesting to? We stand by our position that Mr. President has no school certificate. “it is simply a political certificate.
